We specialise in thoughtful, ready-made and personalised letterbox gifts 🎁 Each box is designed and packed with care.
While we make every effort to display accurate images, colours, and descriptions, please note that slight variations may occur due to monitor differences or the handmade nature of our products.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or update prices at any time.
3️⃣ Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirming that we’ve received it — this does not mean your order has been accepted. Acceptance takes place once payment has cleared and we’ve dispatched your item.
Payments are securely processed through Shopify’s checkout system using approved payment providers 💳 Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
4️⃣ Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, usually within 1–3 working days unless otherwise stated. During busy periods (like holidays or sales), processing may take slightly longer.
Delivery times may vary depending on Royal Mail or courier services, and once a parcel leaves us, we cannot control any delays in transit 🚚 Please ensure delivery details are entered correctly — we cannot accept responsibility for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
5️⃣ Returns & Refunds
Our Returns & Refund Policy applies to all purchases. Faulty or damaged items can be replaced or refunded — please contact us at hello@luxeletterbox.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.
Personalised or custom-made products can only be refunded if faulty, incorrect, or damaged. Please read our full policy before placing an order 💕
